Judge bars paroled dissident from traveling to Havana

Paroled Cuban dissident Juan Carlos González said the judge in charge of his case, Juan Enrique Balar, barred him from traveling to Havana June 30.
González, 39, had requested a permit under the terms of his parole to travel to the capital in order to take care of migratory paperwork. González is currently subject to a four-year prison sentence. He is the president of the Cuban Foundation for Human Rights and lives in Ciego de Ávila province
